Karyn was both concerned and confused. What the hell was going on here? The entire time, Jon looked like he was in a strange daze. She had a suspicion that this had something to do with the stone, but she couldn't be sure until she investigated further.
She peeked inside the window, and watched as a scantily clad woman came downstairs and curled up on the couch with Jon. This woman was not the sort she ever imagined Jon being with. For one, there was the age difference.
She didn't see any other member of Jon's family. She paused, trying to decide what to do.
