Allison hesitated, more confused than ever. She looked back down at her notes, trying to figure out the incongruousness between what her note said and what the assistant principal was telling her.
The notes began to shift beneath her eyes. It indicated that the school was extremely diverse, with a large mix of Asian/Pacific Island, African-American, and Hispanic.
Hadn't it just said three percent? She wondered, confused.
Jon's wish was spiraling out of control. Without a defined purpose, the town was becoming more and more different as the future of the town had been set.
"Excuse me for a moment," Allison said. "I have to use the ladies' room." She stumbled out into the hall and saw the hall filled with students wearing all manner of unique outfits.
She was certain it hadn't been this way a moment ago...had it?
