Jennifer Taylor was confused, but she headed off to school. Despite all of her confusion, she was afraid of disobeying her mother and being late.
She couldn't even change. She just grabbed her bookbag, which thankfully looked the same to her, and ran off to school.
As she arrived at school, she discovered everyone giving her a wide berth. They seemed uncomfortable around her for some reason. She searched around for some of her friends.
