Kayla went to lunch as per usual, she packed her lunch because 25 minute lunches did not give you a lot of time and the line was usually long and full of loud people. She went to the table where they always had lunch, but Jay and Gladys were not there. She sat and ate, she felt less hungry than usual. A football player she didn't fully know gave her a looking over for a second, she waved and smiled a bit, he waved back, but then was grabbed by a cheerleader, probably his girl friend. She found herself comparing herself to the girl, she was prettier, she had a better figure and better hair, how did she do that with her hair? Was it natural? Still was she that much prettier? Her guy had thought she was pretty enough to give her a look, so either he is an idiot, he's a guy most certainly he's an idiot, but why is he her idiot? She felt she wanted...no needed an idiot, Man! She needed a man, she felt like she should have one...if only she was pretty enough for one. She took another picture of herself.
Her hair had highlights which streaked light blonde through her curled strawberry hair which hung over her shoulders tickling her back. It was this that made her realize that she wasn't wearing the same shirt as before, but was now wearing something more similar to what she wore in her picture, a grey and blue shirt with thick straps and a low cut back, below her shoulder blades, in front it had came down to just below her collar bones and clung tightly to her body. She felt exposed in this nice shirt, she wasn't in shape, or shapely enough for something like this....She felt like people might make fun of her, like they could all see her flaws. No wonder she was single, she should know how to dress herself better! She lost her appitite, her shirt felt tight across her chest. She got up to leave, where were Jay and Gladys? As she got up her chest jiggled a little more than it had before, but suddenly grew taught as her breasts grew ever so slightly, though she didn't notice...she walked quickly out of the room, she'd hit her next class early.
