This made no sense. She wasn't sure what to do. She headed to her first class. As she entered, she saw a girl she had never seen before sitting where she usually sat.
The girl had black hair and was talking to Amber Levine, who was laughing at..whatever it was she was saying.
Sarah stopped by the desk. "I usually sit there," she said.
Amber turned. "No, you don't..."
"I have all semester," Sarah insisted.
The black-haired girl was about to respond when the teacher passed them, heading to the front of the room. "Please take your seat, young lady."
Sarah looked around, seeing an empty seat a few rows back. She didn't want to get in trouble...at least not till she figured this out.
She looked around. There was no assigned seating in class...and she usually didn't pay attention to much else in the room during class. She didn't know all of the people in it even. Many of them were like extras in a movie. There were there, but you never paid attention tot hem unless they crossed your path.
