After the three days it took with the small skirmishes, we made it to the border. There was another platoon of forty soldiers led by five Death Knights. On the other side of the border was our country. Eta only glared at them and a deep sigh passed from Zeta's lips. "Even on the island, we didn't have to deal with all these chumps." he said as he shook his head. That was true. They were only used for the most serious of cases on the island. Things were not set up for them to be on the streets all the time. It was going to be tough for them to adapt to the larger engagement rate. Eta stopped and held out his hands. I heard what sounded like the chirping of dozens of small birds. Large orbs of electric energy formed on his palms and only grew larger as time went on. "I'm sick and tired of this. Sir Daniel didn't tell us it would be this much work. We could be invading the island by now if this was the life we wanted." He then released the energy and the magic killed all the enemies in our way instantly. Zeta was the only one that was not utterly impressed or fearful of him after that.
We continued on to Sacrilmon. Once there, I checked the warscore and saw it was at 91%. They simply did not have the numbers to mount any major offensives and we were too strong to be taken even if they did. We took a rest in a village and waited for a day before going on for the shrine. When we got over there, the guardians were bullying a Death Knight. They had surrounded her and were taking turns punching and kicking them. I saw that they had it under control. We climbed the stairs and saw that our brave inquisitor was not there. He was off on some mission. That was alright with me. Ollie would just send me off somewhere else to fight right away. I looked over at my party and said "Let's just wait here until he returns to the shrine. I am sure he won't be too long." They agreed like I knew that they would. The four guardians came over and wanted us to play with them. "What happened to the Death Knight!? You all looked like you were having fun." I asked them. Cocoa, Cinnabun, Hopper and Snowflake all looked at me as if I seriously insulted them. I was surprised.
Cinnabun said "We killed her! There is no way we will allow someone to harm the temple. Don't waste time asking." "We have been doing this for a long time. That's why you should play with us now!" Cocoa chimed in. I just smiled and began petting the two. They sighed and both of their right legs began thumping on the ground. Since I was the one who brought them over, I was pretty fond of them. They also seemed to be fond of me. Snowflake sniffed around Zeta and Eta and said "Do you want to lay with me somewhere? You two are strong." Zeta pulled her close and said "I'll do it." They left together. Hopper crossed his arms as he watched them go. He then looked at Eta and said "I wouldn't mind laying with you. Do you want to?" Eta nodded and left with them. Cocoa and Cinnabun were blushing and clearly horny. "We want to lay around too, Sir Hawks." Cocoa said. Cinnabun nodded and said "We'll take good care of you Canan." I continued petting them. "No thanks. Someone has to keep watch over the shrine. We can play here together. How about it?" I said to them.
I laughed as I saw them pout. They got their revenge as they pounced on me. Mercilessly, they tickled me until I gave up and apologized fully for disrespecting them. As it turned out, the guardian deities were very strong. If I tried to get up, they would quickly pin me down again. Even as herbivores, they were really aggressive. I could tell that they were very focused on keeping me down. They smirked as they looked down on me. "I like playing with you. I want to lay with you too." Cocoa cooed at me. I did not want to sleep with these rabbits. That sent a shiver down my spine. Cinnabun said "I made Chat and Chien feel good last time. Don't you want to feel that?" I looked at the knights that were looking at us in total shock. "Hey. Get in the pile already. I can't hold back two deities by myself." They looked reluctant, but I did outrank them. It was not something they could disobey. They glared at me as they got on the ground with us to help me get up. They were strong and fast enough to keep all of us down at the same time. I really was not expecting that. We all just had to wait.
