Okay this might be off the wall crazy.... But what if there was somone or something protecting the identity of a magic girl.... If somone lacks a magic protector and doesn't need to know?
... And what if that next person it would go after, might be Lilly after it already made her parents forget? (her cat would protect her from it though)
It could go after Hawkins too. Basicly they would be equivalent protectors in their field... Secret agents.
... Finally, what if it was a magic boy? Just to even things up ;)
