With all the roads cleared of most of the impediments, other contributors were able to come over. A stone mason was able to come and provide the Chozuya, a big basin made of stone for ritual cleansing. The mason also had the ten toro. The sando and the haiden were finished soon after. With the haiden complete, we were able to place the other koma-usagi in place and they began to glow. The next day, two more guardians appeared to defend the shrine. They had the white ears and tail with pink eyes of the sculptures. We named the male Hopper and the female Snowflake. They were also level 1515. With everything in place, the core of the shrine was done. The rest was optional. For example, the kagura-den would unlock religious dancers. I thought it would be cool to have the dancer class part of the clergy. None of the other main religions had it. The shamusho was where the clergy would have the powers to declare holy war, shift around funds and go recruiting for more members. It would allow for a huge boost of membership if the clergy had the skills for it.
The time for the event was winding down. I told the others to go for the kagura-den. I thought having a new class of holy warrior was more important than all the religious politics. The next day, Fathers Jimmy and Joy as well as Sister Greta also appeared. They were unable to clean the church. No one would help out or sell them what was needed to purify the church. They decided to come here for help. I told them to to just stay and staff the shrine. "You're needed here. I will go and get the church cleaned and purified again. Leave it to us." They nodded and joined the others. As we were talking, a young man appeared. He had a dark cloak and I could tell he had some weapons concealed on him. "Is there any inquisitor here?" I shook my head. He was a Player. "Did you take the initiation ritual for the inquisitor role?" I asked. He just looked at me and said "I passed the initiation in Qwidon. There was a heretic I had to kill. When I heard that there was a position open, I came here. There were some extremists and quite a bit of bandits in the road."
He continued and said "Luckily, several paladins have been engaging them and escorted me here." I nodded and said "We had to send them out. We are being beset on all sides by extremists from all the other religions in the country." He cracked a small smile and said "I can't wait to get to the bottom of this. This will be fun." I smiled back and asked "Can we have your name, inquisitor?" He smiled wider and said "Ollie. Inquisitor Ollie. I look forward to working with you, Sir Hawks." Ollie then walked ahead with Fathers Jimmy and Joy. Sister Greta followed behind them. That completed the founding clerical staff requirement. We went back to the kagura-den to finish and we got it done just under the deadline. On the day of the end of the event, the king came to the shrine with his family and the royal entourage. The king and the chancellor gave a special speech and named the shrine "Thornbush Shrine" The founding staff each gave a small speech. As a special surprise, Glenda gathered all the paladins that fought and advance them one rank. The courier, a young man by the name of Noah, was made an honorary knight as well by the king.
