Alex sighed and told him to wait for him to come down. He got dressed in regular clothes and traveled to the 3rd precinct where they were being held. Alex had to hurry there. He did not want his friends to languish in a jail cell for the whole weekend. When he got there, he looked around, but his friends were nowhere in sight. A receptionist asked him if he needed help. "One of my friends called me and said he was brought here." Alex said. There was a flash of annoyance as she said "Yes. I think I know who you mean. He is being booked." Alex asked if he would be able to bail them up. The receptionist sighed. "I am sorry, but that is not how it works. They need to be put before a judge. That won't happen until Monday. Until that happens, the bail will be set. The DA has said that there is no tolerance for gangsters on our streets." she said. "Can I at least see them?" he asked. She sighed and told him to wait. He sat on a bench with his head in his lap until an officer came up to him. "You wanted to make a visit, right? Come on." he said in annoyance.
He was taken to a holding room and Leo and Toby were in there. Mark had apparently refused to see them. He was pat down and let inside before the door was sealed behind him. They looked upset. "Those bastards caught us when we got there! The Spades fucking set us up!" Leo said. "You've got to get us out of here. There are fags all over the place. I've seen them looking at our asses." Toby whined. Alex sighed and told them what was going on. They looked upset. "Listen. Keep together and don't do or say anything to get you in more trouble than you're already getting." Alex said. The cop then came to get him. "No way! It's too early." Leo snapped. "It's all okay. I'll make sure that you get out as soon as possible." Alex said as he was escorted out. He stopped at the door and looked over the shoulder. "Guys?" he asked to get their attention. They looked at him to see what he had to say. "Don't drop the soap." was something Alex couldn't resist saying. They were pissed of and both gave him the bird. Alex laughed as he was led out.
