We only had to wait ten minutes before Arariel came back with Karlel and three other Principalities. They each had their crowns and scepters shining and bright. Arariel pointed to one of them. "This is the colleague I told you about. This is Principality Usiel." Usiel had sleeves too long for his arm. He yawned and sighed. "Are these the ones you want me to help you proctor the exams to? This seems like a lot of work..." "Remember all the times you put all you work onto me?" he replied. He placed his sleeve against his mouth and said hummed. "Okay. I'll do it. If it really will help you." he said softly. "How does the exam work?" I asked. It was then that everyone looked at me like I was crazy. "You don't know!?" Arariel snapped. I shrugged. "I am determined to pass any test, so the details didn't matter to me." I said. Usiel smiled and said "I agree with him. As long as it works out in the end. I can tell you. We go over your skills and review the talents you have. We also test how smart you are. If three of us agree you should pass, you get to be a Principality." I nodded.

That seemed simple enough. I stepped forward and said "I humbly ask that you administer the test for me and my friends." They nodded and led us to a room two floors below the ground level. They each took a seat on chairs that that were elevated above the area were the examinees stood. I was told to give them a detailed explanation of my professions and to give an example. Karlel snapped her fingers and a operating table was before me. On it was a soul that was coughing. "Demonstrate your craft." one of the other Principalities said. I did a simple eye exam and saw there was nothing wrong with him. I made sure to narrate everything. When I was done, they just gave me a math quiz. I had a minute to do as many problems as possible. They were simple digit addition and subtraction problems. I was able to get a good thirty seven in. That was enough to please them. "It is time for us to vote." I got three votes and passed the exam. I stepped aside and Mydaiel took my place. He made a glaive and they accepted it. At the end, he got four approvals.

Nanael was the next one. Being a courier was not a very impressive job, but he sold it well. He was not very good at the math either. Even still, he passed the exam. Analim was the last one to go. He was able to paint a nicer picture than I thought possible. He was also much more gifted in math than any of us. He got all five to approve of him. We were then led to a chamber and I was surprised at how beautiful it was. Everything was shining and a pure version of whatever it would be in the real word. "Now that the exams are over and you have been deemed... worthy, we grant you the rank of Principality." Arariel said. We knelt in front of them. We were crowned and a shining scepter was given to us. I recieved mine from Karlel, who gave me a dubious look. It was pretty good to be recognized like this. I was ready to leave. The crown took the place of my halo and became ethereal. That was pretty cool. I was the highest rank in the lowest order of the angels. I was no where near level 35, so I was going to have to wait at this rank for a bit. It could be worse.
