My primary profession was Doctor. My secondary profession was Blacksmith. I put 4 skill points in every level into Doctor and the remainder in Blacksmith. Each profession had 20 ranks. A level 20 professional had truly godly ability. The ranks for Doctor were: First Aid Kit, First Responder, EMT, Med School Student, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Resident Physician, Fellow Physician, Attending Physician, Anesthesiologist, Pre Operating Nurse, First Assistant, Resident General Surgeon, Fellow General Surgeon, Attending General Surgeon, Resident Specialized Surgeon, Fellow Specialized Surgeon, Attending Specialized Surgeon, Resident Specialized Surgeon 2 and Fellow Specialized Surgeon 2. General surgery was using knowledge and technical skills in managing medical conditions that relate to the head and neck, breast, skin, and soft tissues, abdominal wall, extremities, and the gastrointestinal, vascular, and endocrine systems. I could also take two specializations as well to really refine my craft. It was still pretty far off. Blacksmith mastery was further away.
A list of the ranks for Blacksmith were: Errand Boy, Forge Keeper, Apprentice, Nails and Pins, Tool Maker, Blade Maker, Journeyman, Master Blacksmith, Weapon Maker, Weapon Master, Apprentice Silversmith, Jewelry Maker, Journeyman Silversmith, Master Silversmith, Apprentice Goldsmith, Jewelry Maker, Journeyman Goldsmith, Master Goldsmith, Legendary Smithing, and Mythic Smithing. I was already a Fellow General Surgeon and an Apprentice Blacksmith. The downside was that I was falling behind on combat. I wanted to be able to fight at one point. It would have to wait until I was at least level 10. Mydaiel and Aralim were also leveling and prioritizing their professions. They were probably just about done with them. "You'll never get far in smithing if you don't spend more time in the forges." Mydaiel said in a taunting manner. Aralim said "I'm upset that you decided to take up that hot and boring work. We could have made lots of good art together." Mydaiel stuck his tongue out playfully. Aralim did not take the bait. He was an angel of Patience after all.
We were leaving the chapel when Archangel Ophiel called out to us. We turned and saw him approach us. "Hello. I would live you to deliver this to Principality Arariel in Aalana. He can be demanding and cold, but he is a very nice when you get used to him." It was something in a small locked chest. I asked what was in it. "I don't know. He sent it here to me unannounced and requested that it be returned to him after a period of time. He did not even send the key to open it." That was raising red flags, but I decided to take the mission anyway. I was offering a crazy amount of exp. for it and it was an excuse to go on an adventure. "Can I take Mydaiel and Aralim. It is a far journey for one person." Ophiel hummed in thought before he said it was okay. "Remember that your place is here. Please return as soon as you can." he added as we left the chapel. Since it was going to be a trek, we had to take a wagon. None of us could ride a horse or how to steer a wagon so we also had to take another angel of Charity with us. Nanael had orange hair and pale brown eyes. He was my height.
