I had a chance to decide whether or not to accept the parameters set. I decided not to edit it aside from adding a bit more muscle tone. I didn't even look at the menus again. There were no other changes I wanted to make. It was time to get going and play the game. I was surprised as my body morphed. The mirror let me see my whole body at once. It was not that strange. I always had this type of body. Taking a few steps was exciting. I did things like this often and I loved it. I looked around and saw a door. I walked to it and put my hand on the knob. A popup appeared in front of me saying "You are leaving the character creation room. You will not be allowed to return here again. Are you sure you wish to leave?". I knew that lots of time had already passed. I wanted to hurry and find Suzie. I turned the knob and opened the door. It was a bright white light I could not see through. I guessed I was supposed to walk just through it to get to the game. I did and continued on for what felt like 10 seconds. The world needed to load, I guessed.

My eyes blinked and I was suddenly in an empty, alleyway. It was dingy and l walked to the street. I looked around for a few minutes. This setting did not track at all with what I was told by Suzie or what I had read myself in the developers' blogs. The streets had cars driving by and the people on the streets were wearing modern clothes that I saw in the real world. I had to look at the menu and look at where I was. When I saw that I was in an entirely different world, I was upset. "Shit! Where the hell am I then!?" I said as I bit my thumbnail. I looked again and saw that the world of Vallysuim was a world on a Heavenly plane. It seemed to be a minihub for different worlds like the main hub in Epic City where Lancelot rules over. This is where several worlds pray to when they send their prayers up to their gods. Vallysuim had a pantheon of the Four Cardinal Virtues. The angels were to enforce the peace for the souls in this heaven. Each angel was made with one of the 7 Theological Virtues in mind. There were nine levels of angels which were grouped into three orders.

Those ranks of angels were, from the highest order: Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominions, Virtues, Powers, Principalities, Archangels, and Angels. The ngels were all Hermaphrodite, except for Chastity angles who were all sexless. Each of the ranks had a level qualification gap that changed with the order. For example, an angel needed to be level 10 to be an archangel and level 20 to be a Principality. A Principality needed to be level 35 to rank up to be a Power and level 50 to be a Virtue. You needed to be 65 to be a Dominion and level 85 to be a Throne. That also meant to be a Cherub I needed to be at least level 105. A Seraph stood at the thrones of the gods in eternal song with them, but that needed you to be level 125. That left a lot of road ahead of me. I looked at where I was. There were seven districts of Vallysuim's plane. They were Navavo, Ovavol, Avalav, Vanvon, Alaloa, Aalana and the richest, Volana. Avalav were mainly for the merchants and crafts men. They could make anything they could make in life to their hearts content here.

Seeing all the skill trees made my head spin. There were too many skill trees to max out, so an angel would be a jack of all trades and a master of either one to the detriment of all others, or none but competent in all the basic skills. I checked my trees and I could see them light up. At level 1, the player was given five skill points to allocate. Dilligence, also had 5 skill points to set in the skills at the beginning of the game. It was a nice perk to have. Since it was the first week, there was also a perk of having an additional ten skill points. The random generation gave me specialty in spears and bows. That meant I had eighteen left to allocate. I put a total of 5 in each. With the remaining ten, I split them between speed and strength. That unlocked some perks right away. For strength, it was 5% more damage to unarmed combat. For speed, it was 5% chance to evade projectiles. I took that one. For the weapons, it was 5% more damage. I supposed it was as good a start as any. It was not what I was expecting, but I could give it a shot.
