The case went cold almost immediately. There was not much that could be done. Most of the guests did not want to be involved and the ones that did, did not know any helpful information. The royal family subtly buried it as well. It outraged the Crawston House, but there was nothing they could do. Kenny smiled as he received money and a medal for his service. There was no ceremony and it appeared at the facility. His money was placed in his bank account. It was nice. Wendelin was also very successful in his mission. Robert Grainwald was very spooked by the murder and Wendelin stuck by him. He was affectionate to the foreign noble. He was invited back to his home directly after. They had sex and he was able to roam around his home. He found out a list of other nobles he was in contact with. He took a picture and sent it to the facility via a smartphone. Over the next few weeks, he was able to uncover his plot to find evidence that it was a Wendalian false flag that started the war. That would be bad. Robert Grainwald was expelled from the country and was not allowed to come back.
For their service, Blaze and Wendelin were both given recognition and citizenship. They would be given the rights of a subject and granted the high rank of Sergeant Major. They were very pleased with the accolades. Kenny still had the third manila folder to go over. He rolled his eyes and shrugged. He was going to have to take two squads with him. One of the squads were going in with stun guns and tasers. The other squad were going to carry heavy duty flamethrowers. Kenny wanted to take the two symbiotes that could absorb ooze. Blaze and Orion were ready to go. He had all of their clones come along. It was an easy enough journey to get to the abandoned facility. All the clones looked closely at it. "This is were we were created?" Blaze asked as he held onto Kenny from behind. Kenny pulled himself away and nodded. "The parameters were 'search and destroy', but I think that we can gain from retrieving at least one of Yvette, Viola and Brianna's clones before then." he said. Kenny, Blaze and Orion entered with the stunner squad. Kenny called for the symbiotes as they cleared the first floor.
A choice had to be made. Kenny decided to go upstairs. As they reached the stairwell, a voice called out from behind them. Kenny turned to see Yvette glaring harshly at them. "You have some nerve to return here after leaving us here to die." she snapped. Kenny looked down and said "We had no clue there were survivors. I have orders to investigate why all those that come here never leave. I suppose you guys have something to do with it." She shook her head. "Brianna and I followed your final warning. We entered the corpses and passed under their detection. Viola believed she could fight. The first thing that happened was she destroyed the camera. She picked up a gun and two of the intruders. The leader was a man they called 'Sage'. Viola was called a 'Devil Spawn' and killed. They did something to keep her still and scanned her. They found out our weakness and chanted something." she said. Kenny was concerned. 'Why do these stories keep coming up!? It's so ridiculous.' he thought. "They burned her until she was destroyed. We assimilated corpses after they left." she continued.
