Disoriented, Danielle stumbled out of the park. She was still having trouble focusing for some reason. She just felt she needed to get to safety after what had happened.
Meanwhile, Kurt was searching for her, staying away from the woods where he'd seen the fog, walking the perimeter. Suddenly, he heard a voice behind him. "There you are, partner," an unfamiliar voice said.
He spun around. There was a stranger in a police uniform walking toward him.
The cloud had sent him a new partner.
