Jon paused, thinking about it. "If this is a two story building, then where do those stairs go?" he said, gesturing to a set of stairs going up.

She frowned, and guided him up them. as they started up, another student was passing them, going down.

"Hey, Sam," Jon said, automatically.

"Hey," the other boy said. He looked at Jon oddly for a moment, then hurried off.

"Who was that?"

"Sam...you know, the new guy? He only started here a few months ago."

Karyn frowned. He looked vaguely familiar, but Karyn hadn't known his name, and didn't think Jon did either. Was it another change?

They continued up the stairs. There was another floor there, but it was empty...it didn't look new, but it seemed unfinished. Even Jon noticed the unfinished nature of it, and he'd seemed a bit out of this since this all began. It seemed to be a long hall with locked doors on either side. There was no signage on anything.

"There's something weird here...familiar, yet weird," Jon said.

Biff looked across the counter at Erika Weber. When they'd entered the room, he'd been several inches taller than Erika Weber. Now they seemed to be the same height. When would these changes stop?

Yuki smiled up at Leonard, arms curled around him. "You're coming home to see my family, aren't you?" She whispered.

"You asked me to. Why, are you afraid they won't like me?"

"How could anyone not like you?"

Sarah looked at her watch. It was almost the end of the day. She was looking forward to going home and relaxing. It had been a hard day.
