Outside, the bleachers on the football field began to vanish into nothing. A path appeared meandering through the space, along with park benches. The chain link fence vanished into nothingness, and a sign appeared. It read, Mitchell Memorial Park, dedicated November 5, 1978.
The street that adjoined the side of the school started to expand, going from one narrow lane in each direction to two lanes, the houses across the street vanishing into nothingness. It had been an unimportant side street, now it looked like a much more significant thoroughfare. Luckily, it was the middle of the day, and no one was home, but what would happen when those people returned?
