Floating up and down the halls, she walked into a room whose door was open. There was a girl sitting on the bed with headphones on, studying. She didn't even notice Jane entering. She moved to the closet, looking at the clothes in it, and suddenly began stripping out of the conservative clothes she was wearing.
The ones in the closet were daring. A low-cut top, a pair of tight jeans. She laughed as she put them on, suddenly feeling a complete lack of responsibility, and a certainty about who she was.
