Athena had no clue. But she wasn't going to give up.
Gladys looked at herself in the mirror, pleased with her appearance. She was thin and pretty, and every guy in school wanted her. A tiny voice in the back of her brain told her it wasn't right, but she banished it away.
Another tiny voice told Kyla, Glady's mother, a similar thing. The cream Ross had brought her had banished any blemishes from her face, and her bra no longer hung loosely on her chest. She smiled, feeling pleased.
Derek sat at the local ice cream shop. It had bee a hard day. It wasn't his fault he was overweight. He'd tried dieting. It was just bad genes. After a day of being called a cow, he needed his fix. Oddly enough, even with that, he felt happy. He hated being picked on, but for some reason, even though it didn't feel right, he didn't feel like the world was hopeless.
Lydia Meadows laid back on the bench. She started to lift the weights, but her normal starting weight felt too heavy for her for some reason. She tried again, not noticing as the last vestiges of her breasts hardened, reshaping themselves into a muscular set of pecs, the muscles around them enlarging rapidly in a way a pro athlete would have sold his soul for. The effort suddenly became easy.
"Must have been strain," Lydia mused. She had to keep herself in top condition for recruiters...and for Gladys.
Zoe giggled. She couldn't remember being this happy before, and wasn't sure why. "Sure...he's kind of cute," she said. "But, I don't think he'll ask me out. I'm no Gladys McMillan or anything."
"Come on," Jennifer Taylor, one of her best friends told her, "Girls like Gladys get attention because boys think they'll put out. Girls like us get attention because we're fun, smart, and we don't play games. What do you want? A one-night hookup or a real relationship?"
Zoe thought about it...
Miss Warren exited her apartment after changing into something more casual. She felt full of energy, and eager to unwind and have a little fun.
