"Of course it is, Zoe," Karyn replied.
"But, you just said that it was yours."
"I know that. But I didn't mean it. It's your truth bracelet, not mine."
"Truth bracelet?"
"Yeah, whatever you say becomes the truth. Didn't you already know that? It's your bracelet."
Zoe's eyes lit up. It wasn't too far-fetched for her to believe in magic. Being a Goth, she was really into the occult. But, was Karyn pulling her chain? She decided to test it out.
