After wishing he could create man alive Irving found himself changing, his body growing older. his fair turning white and more frizzled and unkept. His clothes changed to become a white lab coat. his surroundings shifted and changed. He was in a laboratory. Jon and Karyn were tied down on slabs ready to be experimented on. Irving laughed maniacally as his mind flooded with the knowledge and personality that would indeed be able to create a man alive without fear of the moral and ethical ramifications of it. He noticed that Karyn no longer had four breasts and he knew why. He grew them on her and later harvested the extra pair for use in an experiment. He remembered his old past as Irving, after all it was his wish, but also had enough memories of his new life to truely be able to experiment on people without a second thought.
Jon also looked on in disbeleif. He knew Irving was one of the crazier and more eccentric students at scheeol, but he always saw him as a class clown more than a mad scientist type.
"Irving, what are you doing?" Jon asked. "You... You can't do this."
"maybe the old Irving can't" Irving said. "But you see that wish changed reality. My last name is still Frank but I know why, when my ancestors immigrated to this country a century ago to avoid persecution due to Ms Shelly's book we changed our last name. Frank is a shortened version of Frankenstein."
"FRANKENSTEIN!" Jon shouted. "You're not going to use our parts to reanimate corpses and make monsters are you?"
"of course not", Irving said. "Science and technology has advanced alot since then. besides I already have made my servant Niels."
Irving gestured to an effeminately built man with short blonde hair and deep blue feminine eyes.
"You see I assembled Niels myself, made a man completely from the parts of women. Sculping the genitals and getting a wide enough waist and shoulders and a narrow enough set of hips was difficult but not impossible. Notice the lack of scars. Like my ancestor my medical knowledge is leaps and bounds above that of my time. But unlike him we are in a time of genetic science and nanotechnology. I can do surgery without even leaving scars. mix genes, transplant parts, regenerate nerves, and do it all perfectly and flawlessly"
"What... what are you going to do to me and Jon" Karyn said.
"Experiment of course." Irving said ,"and then maybe release you on my island where I can watch you on hidden cameras to see how you react. Besides who says it is just you and Jon."
Irving gestured to a dimly lit part of the room and Niels turned on the lights their. Karyn gasped as she saw dozens of people tied down on slabs, some of which she recognized.
"YOU MONSTER!" She said.
Irving merely laughed maniacally.
