The group decided to go to Joseph's house to play video games. They drove in Joseph's car. On the way there, Mary sat in the front seat; it took all of her effort to control herself from leaning over to Joseph and kissing him.
While they were driving, the time limit ended and Joseph said, "I wish I had a nicer car." Ninety wishes left. The old car Joseph had always had that had been passed down from his older siblings became a brand new sports car. Joseph was so surprised by the change he almost swerved out of control. He managed to pull over.
Joseph turned to Mary and Karyn. "Tell me you guys just saw that."
"Saw what?" Mary said innocently.
"My car just transformed into this really nice car."
"You've always had this car. You've been making everybody at school really jealous."
Joseph gave up trying to convince the girls; Mary could see he was really frustrated. There was only ninety wishes left. She hoped they would be able to make it through.
They reached Joseph's house and went up to his room. He seemed a little nervous that two girls were in his room. "So, what game do you want to play?"
