"I wish my name was Mary until I change back into a boy," Mary, formerly Jen, said. Joseph had wished to know the feelings of Jen towards him; now Jen didn't exist.
Mary calmed her emotions and walked back inside. "Mary," Joseph said, "I just had the strangest experience. It was like I knew every emotion you felt toward me. Then it just stopped. Something strange is going on. I know it."
"That's nice. Karyn can I talk with you alone in the kitchen?"
Once they were in the kitchen, Karyn asked, "How did you make that last wish stop?" Mary explained. "So your name was Jen before? Odd, you don't look like a Jen."
"Karyn, focus. Did you think of anything that will fix our problem?"
"Not really. The best thing I could think of is to make him wish faster."
"Okay. Any ideas how to do that?"
