Jen ran to a mirror in her bedroom, then stopped and turned around. The underwear was the furthest thing from her mind at the moment. Apparently it wasn't just everyone's memories that had changed, but reality itself. Jen's bedroom had been changed into a boy's bedroom. She checked her drawers and closet. All boy's clothing. What's going on here?
There must have been a good reason for why everything was different except for her. Could she have made a wish to do all this? What kind of wish could she accidentally make to create this altered existence?
She looked at the open closet and then back at the mirror. "Why do I have boy's clothing? I wish there was a good reason for this." The stone flashed, unnoticed.
"Wait a minute. What's wrong with me? Of course I have boy's clothes. I like dressing like boys."
"Huh?" Zoe was confused by Jen's sudden change of attitude.
"I'm a tomboy, Zoe. Maybe that's what I wished. Maybe I wished to be a guy ... but the stone made everyone THINK that I was a guy, instead."
"Okay ..."
"No, it makes sense. It does." Except that that's not what Jon wished. Jen is just trying to justify everything, and stone is just making it easier.
