Still stunned by the sudden revelation that the rock had made Jon's life into a movie production and that she was an actress named Melissa, Jon stood dumbfounded for a second. The actress that was "Karen" walked over to a wide trailer and opened the door.
"C'mon! We gotta get changed before they take down wardrobe. I know it'll hurt, but I'll untape you so we don't have to wait for the assistants. I wanna be first in line for Catering before they pack up too." She stepped back over to Jon and pulled her arm towards the trailer. Dazed, Jon followed into the air-conditioned trailer, and felt the cool air give her skin goosebumps as "Karen" started to undress her while chattering.
"It's been a fun production, and I just know that we'll both work together again. The studio thinks that we'll break a good $3.5 million opener on Summer opening. My agent is working on getting me signed with the next Kevin Smith film, but I think you made the smarter decision going over to shoot for magazines over Spring. Steady work is better after all, and you've got the body for modelling."
Jon was nearly completely undressed now, with only tape covering her breasts now, the rest of her skin naked and cool in the chilly air. "Karen" began slowly pulling the tape off in short urgent jerks, and Jon winced. At that moment, the door to the trailer burst open and a woman dressed in a business suit rushed inside with a breathless tream of words. "She must be my agent" thought Jon as she looked at the flurried figure, and then she gave a start as she recognized the woman was Sarah, the head bitch cheerleader from school!
"Melissa! Thank god I found you! The editor at Modern Bride bumped up the shoot schedule, we gotta get back to New York by tommorow. That only leaves tonight for your publicity shoot at the Maxim party! We gotta get a move-on!" She threw some clothes at Jon and jabbered at her to get dressed and ready. When Jon stared in shock at the Sarah who would have been her arch-nemesis, the woman caught her glance and winked at her knowingly. Something strange was going on.
