“Thanks for the ride.” Biff muttered as he got out. Not wanting to argue any further, especially as it seemed that they weren’t getting anywhere, Biff hurried inside.
“Babe, wait!” Sarah called after him, but Biff ignored her making his way straight to his locker. Once there, he entered in his combination and took out some books before he threw his bag angrily into the locker.
“Looks like someone’s, like, in a mood.” It was his friend Steve.
“Oh hey Steve,” Biff said as he closed his locker.
“Everything ok?” Steve asked. Biff shook his head.
“It’s Sarah,” he replied as he turned to look at his friend. Biff did a double take with what he saw. “Woah, dude! What did you do to your hair?” He asked.
“You like it?” Steve asked fluffing his hair a little. Steve had actually gone and dyed his hair blonde and wait, was it longer?
“Oh yeah,” Steve continued as he noticed Biff’s look. “I got some extensions put in, but I’m thinking of growing it out a little anyway.” He paused, smiling. “So what do you think?”
Biff felt like he was going to pass out. Had the whole world gone mad? Biff backed away from Steve.
“Biff?” Steve asked. “What’s wrong?”
“What’s wrong!?” Biff repeated raising his voice. “What’s wrong is that you’ve dyed your hair and want to grow it longer."
Steve frowned. He was confused, he had never seen Biff get so worked up like this. "What's wrong with that? That's the fashion right now."
“And you don’t seem to think that anything’s wrong.” Biff finished as he tried to control his breathing. “You don’t see it do you Steve? You’re starting to act like a girl.”
Steve was taken aback and then he started to laugh. “Me?” He looked around the hallway. "Because of my hair...I'm trying not to look like a girl. That look wasn't for me."
Biff shook his head as he nearly yelled. "Girls don't have buzz cuts." The hallway fell silent as everyone stood and stared, especially girls with buzz cuts. Biff stood there breathing heavily for a moment before he realized what was going on around him.
“I…I need to go…” He turned and ran out of the building.
