Despite Karyn's optimistic manor, I had an ominous feeling in the pit of my stomach. But I also felt that I shouldn't get in Karyn's way.
"Well, go ahead and make a wish, but be careful about it this time," reluctantly I passed the stone to Karyn.
"By the way Karyn," I said as the blond rolled the stone around in her hands, "What are you..."
"Gonna wish for," she said finishing my sentence, "I don't really know, I guess I could possibly ask for fame wealth prosperity and all that dull junk, but," she paused
" I think I might want to ask for a job as an actress, or a job working wish animals, I really like horses." Karyn paused for a moment a look of deep thought crossing her face.
"Or," she said somewhat reluctantly, "I could let you make a wish first, how bout it Jon."
Taken back a moment I found myself without words, yes I could make a wish, but the possibilities were darn scary. I paused for a moment cleared my mind of all thoughts, until I felt at ease.
"Karyn," I said in a friendly manner, "You do what you want too."
