Anne experimentally pressed the button on the phone on her desk that would connect her to the administrative assistant.

"Yes, Miss Beckerson?" a female voice answered.

"Is Larry Hetchfield working today?" Anne asked, remembering the times he had tried to grope her while working. We'll see who is calling who bitch, Larry...

"No, he quit, remember?" The assistant sounded puzzled. "As soon as the place became yours. Once he knew you could change people into animals, he left rather quickly!"

Anne blinked several times. "I ... see." She looked down at the rock in her hand. She hadn't planned on this happening... she started to have some inkling about how easy it might have been for Jon and Karyn to have become stuck. "Sorry, was just day dreaming." Anne wondered just how many people knew what she could do?

"Anything else, Miss Beckerson?"

"... yes. What is coming up next on my schedule for today?" Anne asked slowly.

"Well, after lunch the folks from Filmazing Studios are scheduled to come by to talk to you about a contract for changing a few folks into horses for the next film." The tone of the voice became a bit stiffer and slightly indignant. "At 5PM, you have an appointment with that couple who... wanted to spend some time together as wolves. Paying for the use of the empty forest area, too, for the night. That's all for today."

"Thank you. I guess I better find some lunch then," Anne replied, leaning back in her chair, dazed.

"You're welcome, Miss Beckerson." The intercom clicked off.

"Just what did I end up doing?" Anne wondered.
