I hurried after it, feeling like I was trapped in some sort of bizarre pinball machine. Finally the stone hit into a wall by some lockers. I hurried to it, eyes locked on it which is why I ran RIGHT into mark without seeing him.
"OOPH!" I blinked and rebounded slightly off of him as I went for the stone. I shook my head, trying to clear it.
"Oops! I'm sorry Oh, Hi Jon..ni.." He said, adding an extra feminine syllable to my name, obviously deciding that was more normal. "Sorry to run into you like that " He said. He looked down at me, and blushed a bit, averting his eyes. I suddenly noticed how close I was standing, and that I was giving him a bit of a view down my shirt.
"No, no, it's my fault." I said as I stepped back a bit, blushing, tail swishing a bit in agitation. "I wasn't watching where I was going. I was just tying to get something " I said, trying to look past him.
Mark looked down at the rock, now next to his foot. "Were you looking for this?" He asked, reaching down to pick it up.
"Um Yeah. Can I have it back please?" I said nervously.
