Sandra fixes Jon, but keeps Jonnie

"Are you sure?" she said, swaying her hips seductively. I gulped, but nodded. "Oh, all right. Spoil sport," she smirked. "It's too bad. You make a really beautiful girl."
"Please," I said, begging, "I don't think I can take it any more if these wishes keep backfiring."
"Fine," she said, a little disappointed. I felt bad, since she seemed genuinely hurt, but she nodded and turned to me. "But I'll still have my lover this way."
Before I could ask what she meant, she raised the stone.
"I wish Jon and Jonnie were two different people, Jon a boy like he remembers, and Jonnie, his twin sister is the girl standing in front of me."
