Jon opened his eyes as the rock granted his wish. The first thing that he noted was that he was no longer in his own bathroom, he was in his parents' en suite. Smiling, knowing that his wish had been granted, Jon exited the bathroom to where Karyn was waiting for him.
"Did you make the wish?" She asked watching him.
"Uh hmm." Jon replied checking Karyn out. He was amazed at how his wish had worked. There she was standing there dressed in a white dress shirt and black trousers with a matching black tie looking for all the world like an ordinary businessman before his wish.
Jon smiled and placed his hands on his hips as Karyn returned the favour, trying to work out what Jon's wish was. Jon was wearing one of his mother's outfits which consisted of a blue polka dot dress. His brown hair was tied back into a neat bun.
Karyn was about to open her mouth when suddenly Zoe poked her head into the room.
"Hey hon," she said looking at Jon. "I'm off to work now." That was when she noticed Karyn standing in the room. Jon noticed Zoe watching Karyn as she stepped into the room making her way towards him. Like Karyn, Zoe was dressed as if she was ready for a day at the office.
"Oh hey Karyn, what are you doing here?"
"I just needed a word with Jon, that's all." Karyn told her.
Then, to Jon's surprise, Zoe grabbed Jon around the waist and pulled him into a passionate kiss. This was certainly unexpected. Although Jon had wished for the roles to be swapped between parents and kids, he had expected to keep his relationship with Karyn.
"Oh well," Jon thought to himself "I suppose that one day won't hurt." He said as he decided to play along.
"Honey! Not in front of Karyn." He said, letting out a little giggle.
"I'd ah, best be going as well then." Karyn said clearing her throat as she left the room. "I'll talk to you later Jon."
Jon nodded as he and his sister watched her leave. Once she was sure that Karyn was out of earshot, Zoe turned Jon sharply towards her looking rather annoyed.
"What was that all about? And why was she in our room?" She asked angrily.
Jon gulped.
