Jon carried the grocery into the kitchen and put them away. That done, he worked on his homework. About an hour later he stopped his homework and went to help his mother fix dinner.
After cleaning up after dinner, Jon returned to his room and finished his homework.
After finishing his homework, Jon joined his mother watching a chick flick on TV.
Once the movie was done, Jon headed back to his bedroom to prepare for bed. After stripping to his jockey shorts, Jon pulled on his terry robe and went to the bathroom to do his nightly ritual. He washed his face and applied creams to ensure he had a beautiful complexion.
That done he returned to his room and pulled on his sleep shirt and climbed into bed.
Sleep came easy and all too soon it was morning.

Returning to his room, Jon pulled on a pair of girl's jeans and a sweatshirt top. Slipping his dainty feet into a pair of girl's trainers, Jon was dressed for school.
After fixing his breakfast of juice, dry toast, and milk, Jon quickly ate then cleaned up. With the lunch he made in his back pack, Jon left for school.
Jon and Karyn walked to school. The two shared several classes.
Second period was drama. After class, the teacher asked Jon to stay after for a moment.
"Yes, Mrs. Rose. You wanted to see me?"
"Yes Jon. I have a really big favor to ask you."
"Yes Mrs. Rose."
"I'd like you to try out for the class play."
"If you want me to, then I will. But I don't think I am a good match for any of the roles."
"I think you are. Can you stay after school for play practice?"
"I suppose." Jon agreed.
"Great. See you after school."
Jon met Karyn at lunch. He told her about what Mrs. Rose asked of him.
"I wonder which role she has in mind for you." Karyn said.
"Well, you can join me at practice. Maybe you will get a role as well."
The rest of Jon's school day went without much problem. He did well in Home Ec and exceptionally well on a pop quiz in typing.
When Jon and Karyn arrived, Mrs. Rose was waiting for them.
"Karyn wanted to try out for a role as well, is that okay?" Jon asked Mrs. Rose.
"Of course then. We need more girls trying out for the play. Why don't you read for the role of Elizabeth. She is the older sister of Catherine Jane, the shows star."
Mrs. Rose liked Karyn's reading and offered the part.
