"That's okay, honey...because she said you and I could have a sleepover tonight, won't that be fun? We can do our hair, and talk about the Goddess and stuff like that."

As she spoke, she grabbed a bag, stuffed a random handful of Jonnies clothes into it, and took her hand. Jonnie wasn't used to arguing with anyone over anything, so she just sort of bobbed along, saying "Uh-huh...uh, sure...okay...um, if you think Suzie wont mind..." as Karyn gathered stuff, then led her to the door.

"But...wait a minute, huh! Shouldn't we wait an' tell Suzie?"

"It's okay, honey. I'll just leave a note to tell her where we went. If she wants to, she'll follow later. If not...then we can just hang out at my place for a bit."

Jonnie watched as Karyn wrote "You're a bitch! I'm going back home! Don't follow!" on the back of an envelope, and Jonnie wished she could read better. It was just to hard for her, and Suzie told her she shouldn't try just yet.

Karyn left it out in an obvious place, then took Jonnie's hand and led her outside to her car. She strapped the girl in as if she were a child (hard to do, as her breasts were so big they got in the way) and drove off as fast as she dared. She saw Sue's car in her rearview mirror, and knew she'd gotten out just in time. Another few minutes, and she'd have been caught.

Jonnie didn't notice Sue's car, and instead she began her charmingly inane stream of babble, about the other cars and where they were going and the sky and the Goddess and yada-yada-yada. She had an endearing cuteness about all her speech and actions, and Karyn found herself laughing at Jonnie's simple humor. It had to be said - Jonnie made a very sweet girl.

She'd have to rescue Jon from this. At least, she might be able to give her back some of Jon's intelligence! This was her best friend in that bimbos body. This wasn't fair to Jon at all. Now...where to look next for the stone...

(Meanwhile)

Sue called out "Jonnie? I'm home. I've got us tickets to that Indigo Girls concert we talked about. And..."

Sue saw the mess...and didn't even suspect for a minute that Jonnie had done it Jonnie was a bimbo, but she was neat and tidy in her way. This mess...was made by someone searching for something.

She saw the envelope, and the flowers in her hands - a gift for her Jonnie, who loved Daffodils - spilled out as she read the message scrawled on the back of the envelope.

You're a bitch! I'm going back home! Don't follow!

But...Jonnie couldn't read "Curious George" without her help sounding out the words, and she could barely write her own name. And she'd never use words like that. So...

"Karyn. Your name is Karyn. And you have made a TERRIBLE mistake in pissing me off, girl! You may not understand, but I love Jonnie...and I'll fight to get her back!"
