"I wish that Jon was my twin brother and me, Jon and Karyn has memories of this reality as well." Jane wished.
Suddenly stoned glowed and all three of them had to look away. Then, they knew what this reality was. Jon and Jane are twin and both were Karyn's friend. They both inherited their stone from their grandfather who found 2 stones and gave it to the twin. Jane told Karyn about the stone although Jon wanted to keep it secret. And that led to Karyn wishing for her big breast and blond hair. Finally, Jon suddenly grew a pair of tits as par of mom's wish. And memory told him that he quietly went upstairs with Jane and Karyn trying to figure out what happened.
"Wow, that's a lot to take in. But it's good to have a nice sibling for once not like Joe and Michelle." Jane said.
'Joe and Michelle?' Jon thought. Looking through his newly acquired memory, he realized that his younger siblings has opposite gender in this realm. Joe was a goth and Michelle was bratty little sister.
"Thanks for the wish though. I hope I can fit in here." Jon asked shyly.
"Don't worry silly. I wish you would just forget about the dimension you came from or something. I'm starting to get a little annoyed about you comparing stuff." Rock glowed granting her wish.

"Oh well, I guess it's for the best although it was a mistake." Jane said.
