"Want to crash it?" asked Zoe.
"Sure."
On their way to Sarah's house, Zoe asked Karyn a question. "So, Karyn. How long have you been a Goth?"
"A what?"
Zoe was confused, but after thinking about it, she realized that the term Goth didn't apply anymore. Being Goth was normal. Anyone that wasn't a Goth would be considered "different". Zoe had no idea that her wish would change things this much.
"Never mind." This was weird. She grew up being the different one, and now she was one of the normal ones.
As they neared Sarah's house, the heavy metal music grew louder.
