As it so happened, letting Robbie, Will and Jamal go gave us a real opportunity. The Intercontinental and EWL Tag Team Championships were vacant. That was 3 belts for 3 Ball Boys. Since Alex was leaving, I got the 24/7 title back from him. Kodie could have it when we had everyone else as a champion. We went all in on the Ball Boys getting those titles. Suzie and I already had championship gold. As long as we could defend them until the others had the gold around their waist, things would be fine. It did not take long for us to get them in to contention for the titles. We just managed them to several victories in a row. The fans of EWL did not like us, but it was actually impossible to argue with the results. Eric and Leo were brothers, so it made sense that they would be the ones that would form the tag team. Xavier really wanted to be the next Intercontinental Champion. Unfortunately for us, it was not meant to be. It only took a month for both titles to be given away to others. The 3 Ball Boys were not considered. Sean Aston won it. Those tag team titles went to 2 Boom Boom Brothers.
It took another couple of months before they could start to get to the tops of the ranking boards. That was good. Eric and Leo were given an #1 contender match. Xavier was included in a random 10 man over the top rope battle royale. It was for the Intercontinental Championship. It was just before Summer Clash. Suzie, Kodie and I went out to support him. At one point, Sean tossed Xavier over the top rope. I was able to catch him and keep one of his feet from touching the floor. This meant he had not been eliminated. I carried him to the steel steps so he could relax. Xavier was able to enter the ring again. People continued fighting until it was just Sean and Xavier. The much stronger fighter was Sean. That did not matter. The 3 of us in Child Labor were circling the ring to make sure that Xavier would not be eliminated. When Sean threw a tired Xavier out, he also shoulder tackled him. Suzie was there to catch him. Sean did not see the save. He was on the top rope celebrating. Xavier got in the ring and knocked him down. Both of Sean's feet touched the floor. Xavier won the title like that.
Being that it was our job, we also made sure that Eric and Leo were supported. They could win their match on their own. Help never hurt. If they won, they would get their title shot at Summer Clash. We actually did not need to do anything here. Eric and Leo actually had things handled in the ring. They hit hard and made sure to tag each other out regularly. The sibling synergy was on full display. Leo was able to get the winning pin. That was great for us. We got credit for managing them whether we had interfered or not. We would definitely need to make sure that we were attentive in the title match. The Boom Boom Brothers were brought on specifically to cause us problems. We told the brothers all we could about them. It was not much, but we could run the tape on them for a bit. Xavier was happy with how things turned out. He was the newly crowned Intercontinental Champion, and it was not going to be defended for a while. His 2 cousins were happy for him. We were getting closer to that All the Gold milestone again. Suzie and I lost it when we recruited the new batch of guys.
