Having them installed would be good for us. Tsukasa was pretty disappointed that there were no priests here. He had to settle for my half-assed names for his children. It was now possible for people to come for blessings and healing. In FOG, it is a free service to get a buff based on their god the temple belonged to. For Amaterasu, you could get a 10% buff to health. You could get a 10% buff to your stealth from Ghaunadaur. They could also cure any curse or disease by praying before the shrine. You could also get a free healing once a week. All 6 of the clerics were asexual psi males. Psi males were the total opposite of sigmas. Their pheromones could trigger rut like symptoms in anyone they wanted, even betas. Sigmas could mate psis like alphas could mate omegas. A regular alpha could not make a mating bite on a psi stick to keep a claim on them. With them being asexual, they would not be actively seeking out mates either. That was probably for the best. Holy men should stay celibate in my opinion. It showed great self control and devotion to their gods. I respected them a lot.

I was very proud of the commoners. They were working night and day with pride to bring our castle town to brand new heights. The quality and number of houses were increased. I felt called by the moment to give them a good speech and a reward for what they had accomplished. "Thank you so much for your brave work. You suffered the most out of all of us. All your homes were destroyed by invaders. They wanted to destroy us all. But you never wavered one bit. You bided your time in the castle. All of us stood strong. When the threat was over, what did you do? Did you guys cower in fear? Did you guys wallow in despair and self-pity? Did you guys burn with self-destructive rage? No. I don't think so. You did not do any of that. You went back to work with tools and rebuilt the castle town. Not only did we regain what was lost, we have gained so much more. We now have religious centers and even better homes to dwell in." I said. They all cheered. Everyone got to enjoy a new yearly festival. I set it up and they got to play with colored fireworks and free street food. Everyone had fun.

As everyone had fun, even travelers from other nearby regions began to come over to have some fun. We were on a large river after all. It was a good thing. Travel and fish came from the river. Some enterprising merchants of those regions were carrying their wares when they noticed the fireworks in the sky. This was a great chance for us to make some political moves. There was a merchant family that sold pottery and utensils. I managed to convince them to set up a small outpost here. Another merchant family sold food. This would be great for having a diverse diet. A third merchant sold weapons. From the tower under the castle, I could make some really good stuff. Enchanted and magic items and weapons were a given. I could also generate food and people to do the trading. That seemed pretty cheap to me. Limerick Jill got called out for sending her Protectors abroad to take hostile actions in other Sage's territory. Breaking the economy of other places with 5 god tier hagglers and ultra rare items that I shit out from my safe tower would not be seen warmly. I would be so fired.
