Jon and Karyn walked into the house to the sound of Jessi's work out music and her yelling, "Hey kids! I'm in the gym! Nothing better than selling a house and then working out! Come join in for the second half!"
"Sure mom! I'm going to go change. Jon, I'll get you something from my dad's closet. Come on up to my room and we can get changed together," said Karyn grabbing Jon's hand a pulling him up the stairs. Karyn grabbed some work out shorts from her dad's drawers and gave them to Jon. The couple went into Karyns room where Karyn took off her t-shirt and shorts right in front of Jon, who couldn't help but stare at his friend. She looked great even in her plain cotton panties and bra. Karyn caught him staring.
"Jon-boy, if you want another work out when we are done downstairs, I'm game. If I were still myself, instead of this smartypants/tomboy version, you'd be getting more a view. Your loss I guess. Now. com'on, now it is your turn to change, " said Karyn as she got her workout outfit on. Jon quickly swapped shorts. They went downstairs to find Jessi on a bench doing tricep extensions, with her toned arms showing the results of her hard work. "Jump on in, you two. Take a machine each. Jon, I'll need you to spot me on the bench in about 10 minutes." Karyn started running on the treadmill while Jon grabbed some weights and started doing curls and other exercises. Eventually, Jessi asked for that spot on the bench press. They put on 100 pounds and Jessi got into position.
"I'll want to do 3 sets of 10. Spot me, Jon," said Jessi lifting the weight and getting all of the set without issue before saying, "You'll have to be a little closer next time, since I'll probably need some help with the next set." Jessi's prediction was true, and she needed help with the last one of set 2. While having some water and stretching for the last set Jessi said, "Those bands you gave me were really nice."
"Glad you like them Jessi," replied Jon getting in position for the last set. Jessi laid back and her head brushed against his thigh. She needed help with the last 2 this time. She stayed laying back to catch her breath whispering, "Glad you focused on my boobs this time rather than Karyn's boobs. Makes a girl feel special." Jon was about to say something when Karyn finished on the treadmill and swapped spaces with her mom and doing 3 sets of her own without issue.
