With the damage sustained, they would be in no condition to go support Knox in his match. I was going to be the one to look after them. There were showers in the arena thankfully. We were able to hose them down and pick all of the thumbtacks out of their bodies. They went through hell for the championships. Jax and Rex also raised hell for the whole company to see. The match was 5 stars. This gave them the Table Match Master criteria. They were inches away from Legend status. Both Matthew and Nathan were put on stretchers were put on stretchers and wheeled out of the arena. It was horrible. The staff had to clean all of the arena up for the next matches. In the meantime, they played a ton of ads. They also ran a few promos backstage to keep the attention of the audience. When it was time for the main event of the night, everyone was ready. Knox went out first. He was met with a very mixed reception. He was the brother of the monsters that nearly killed 2 people in front of him. He was also a badass cop that took no nonsense. People, for the most part, liked him a lot still.

Noah was the champion. Ethan was the other challenger. They were out to win the greatest prize on Boom: the OPW Television Championship. It was a riveting match going back and forth. There were many close calls. I was on the edge of my seat watching. Jax and Rex were laid out on the benches behind me. Noah hit his finisher on a wobbly Ethan for the third time in this 23 minute classic, and it looked like it was all over. That was when Knox came in from behind and hit his own finisher. Both men were down. Knox pinned Noah and won his first brand singles championship. It was an amazing achievement. The crowd was going wild as he was handed the belt. I was jumping up and down backstage. Police Box had all the gold. We were an unstoppable force on Boom. I was going to make use of this opportunity. It was now my time to shine. I was the leader after all. Knox, Jax and Rex had great runs, but it was time to think about myself. I was going to be a bit selfish, but it would work out in our favor in the end. Luckily, all 3 of them trusted me implicitly from our great relationships.

2 weeks passed to allow them to celebrate. In the first week, I faced off against a new wrestler in his debut. I squashed him. The next week, I went against Alvin Million. It was an even easier fight. Alvin was such a jobber. It was then that I took Police Box to the ring. My record was 15-0. I had 5 matches to go before the 20-0 record that I was chasing. I got on the microphone. "The last time I came out here, I told you that we were here to clear out the corruption of the tag team division. I put Jax and Rex in charge of the mission. Have you not been entertained!?" I called out. We got overwhelming cheers. "The Mannings Brothers have put on match after match for you. They put the title on the line so many times. In fact, more title defenses than almost any other champions before them!" I continued. The crowds were cheering. When they finally settled down, I said "And when they lost them, what happened? They took a nice little rest and then won them right back. That is what it means to have the heart of a champion." This was going well. Now, it was time to make my mark. I griped the mic.

Looking at the crowd, I then narrowed my eyes. "Rex and Jax have faced every challenge thrown at them and have risen above. But there is one challenge they have not faced: Knox and I. That's why, next week on Boom, we'll give you another huge title defense. Rex and Jax vs. Knox and Davie will blow your minds!" I then tossed down the microphone. We left the ring. The match was set by the time we went to the backstage area. I wanted to be the tag champion. I also wanted to be the Television champion. I needed to take this one title at a time. The next week, the show opened with big tag title match. We went back and forth, but Knox and I were able to get the upper hand this time. Maybe we would have lost on another day. It did not really matter right now. I raised my belt along with Knox. That was when the general manager came out to the stage. "This is not going to stand. You can't just pass the titles among yourselves like this! Especially not after what you did at the PPV!! No, tonight you will put the titles on the line against a new team." he said. That was really messed up.
