His opponent was demolished. 03 took just as long as I did toying with the human before ending him. 03 was not a paladin. His opponent did not get back up. In fact, it was quite likely that he was dead by the time staff rolled his limp body out of the ring. 04 did not even toy with his opponent. He just killed the guy in one punch to the head. It was a pretty gory display. Certain people in the crowd were put off by that. Others only screeched in pure ecstacy from the sight. They were just the exhibition fights. There were 3 others between humans that also were going on for the club. These matches were more even. You could actually see some back and forth there. Oswin's lover got to sing one more song for the crowd before it was time to call it a night. I was able to find Brian and talk to him. He had a 0-14 losing record here. Jumping into the conversation, 03 dragged me away. "Why are you still here? We need you in the lounge!" he said. I looked at Brian. "I call you." I said. 03 was not very happy. More than anything, he like to be praised for being better than humans. In all the time that I knew the original trio from Volition Clan, this had not changed. 01 and 02 had mellowed out to the point they probably would not kill, but they would definitely gloat over an opponent's broken body. "Of course I destroyed that human. It was not something that could be different. This was the perfect excuse to kill them though, so I also had fun." he smirked. I rolled my eyes. He then turned to me. "I don't understand something, Brianne. Explain it to me." he said as he stopped at the base of the stairs. "What do you not understand? It's rare you admit that you don't know something." I said. He narrowed his eyes. "You did something stupid!"
