Mikey concentrated and moved his hands around, thinking that would do something. And it did. After waving his right hand, he watched as his nightstand lamp flew into the air and crashed into the wall on the opposite side of the room.
"Whoa," he said, stunned. "I can move things with my mind."
"Mikey? Are you okay?" Zoe asked, running back into the room.
"Uh, yeah. I was just ... testing out my powers."
"What is there to test out? You've already mastered them." She looked oddly at him. "Are you feeling alright?"
"Huh? Yeah, of course."
"I just thought that maybe the Boggler might have ... no wait, that couldn't be," Zoe said. "He's locked up."
Mikey smiled. How many super villains existed? Up until a few minutes ago, he thought it was all fantasy. But, he supposed, if super heroes existed, then super villains must exist too, right? Although, the one that tried to attack Mikey didn't really seem all that "super".
"Why are you smiling again?"
"Uh ... no reason." Mikey looked over at the Mad Mugger. "What about him?"
"What about him? You're the one with telekinetic powers. You take care of him." Zoe left the room in a huff. She may have been a superhero now, but she was still the same old Zoe.
Mikey walked over to the villain's body and tried to shake him awake, but the guy was out cold. "Hmm. I wish ..."
