EDIT thought Jon as he touched the trashcan. He changed the Height to 30 inches, and the thing grew. Putting that back to the original number, he changed the age to 1 and some of the dings and scuffs went away. Jon took note that it could be helpful to make some of his stuff last longer. Or maybe more valuable, since mint Pokemon cards could be worth a lot. For fun, he changed the gender to female (AWARE), and the trash can turned pink and got rhinestones round the rim. Jon put the age back to 3 and tried to change the name and level, without luck. Altering the weakness to heat (AWARE), made it a solid bin. Time ran out, and the pastel colored bin remained.

Jon went downstairs to get some water when Jessi walked in after her shower, dressing in leggings and a tanktop with tie straps. He was staring at her arms when she asked, "How's school? You playing and sports?"
"No, Mrs.Black, I'm focusing on academics."
"Call me Jessi. That's a shame, a strong boy like you. I think you'd probably do well in something like soccer or ultimate frisbee. Something that needs speed and agility, since you take after your mom for body type. She still runs like a gazelle even after 3 kids. Maybe you and Karyn can join a co-ed league," said Jessi with a wink.
"I'll think about it."
Jessi came over and grabbed Jon's arm, "You know, if you hit the weights, you could probably get some serious muscle, like your dad and Henry. You'd be a major heartbreaker then. Hard to believe you are the same kid who used to share clothing with my daughter 12 years ago." Jessi's fingers coasted down Jon's tricep and forearm before.
"Mom, you don't need to bring that up nearly every time Jon visits, " interrupted Karyn dabbing the sweat off with a small towel. She opened the fridge in her leggings and sportsbra then bent over to grab herself the yogurt and blueberries. Turning around Jon noted that her nipples were now noticable through the cloth. He quickly focused on drinking his water.
"I can't help it. It was so adorable. You borrowed some of his stuff too. He probably still could use your some of your stuff, with all the sweatshirts and sweatpants you have. He'd probably have a little trouble fitting into that outfit though," laughed Jessi.
Karyn rolled her eyes, "I'm going to stretch and shower. Jon, I'll meet you upstairs when my mom is done bugging you." Jon watched her glide up the stairs, realizing he hadn't seen Karyn wear anything like this outfit before.
"She's a pretty girl, you two would make a cute couple. You know Janet and I have talked about it, and we never figured out why you haven't gone the next step. Why is that?"
Jon was quiet thinking about how to reply. He and Karyn were buds and enjoyed how things were. "I dunno, we like being friends," he replied before putting his glass in the sink and going upstairs. Heard Jessi say hi to his mother on the phone as he went up. The shower was still going as he went past the upstairs bathroom. He went into Karyn's room and stared at the trashbin, pondering what gender meant for items. He heard the door open and saw Karyn in only a towel around her torso.
"I forgot a change of clothes."

Automatically the Menu came up and under Misc but above Options was Save/Load, which automatically opened. There were dozens of save slots. The top one was double clicked and Just Friends? was entered into the top slot.

Jon decided to add another to Constitution and read what collect did. Why would he need that skill? He looked at Revive, wondering why he would need it. It was one of those skills in a game that you don't need often, but when you do, it's very important. He decided to add his point there. His status ended up:
