Mrs. Byers announced their was a new seating arrangement starting today.
Jon looked around, He Karyn, Kyla Leeson and Jay Duncan, sitting in the back left... there were a group of hot girls/cheerleaders in the middle, a few jocks beside them. Some Goth kids in the back right, and a few miscellaneous students in between
As the last few students trickled in and the bell rang Mrs. Byers began role call. Afterwards the explained that the class had become to clustered, too segmented, too clique-ey and only a few students would be moving seats. She looked down at her List. "Jon Gibson... and Melissa Smith... Karyn Black and...
Jon had stopped paying attention as he grabbed his stuff and made his way to take Melissa's desk. Once everyone had changed seats Jon found himself surrounded by cheerleaders... and that seemed to the Mrs. Byers new strategy, he saw several individuals moved into positions within other cliques.
