It worked out well for everyone. By their first weekend, all of them were Copper Aviators on the cusp of Bronze rank. To get to bronze, they would have to pass the flight knowledge test. That could wait. Even if they took the test later, all the ranks would be retroactively awarded based on their completed missions. The knowledge test was not the end either. They needed an active pilot's license. Anna wanted to get all of them to at least Silver rank before then. Victor was in the same boat. He was fucking and sucking the alphas, but other than doing one of the easy tasks when he was bored, he was not a member of the guild. He had only passed 11 missions in the months that he had been there. He failed 6 due to not caring about the outcomes. That would be enough for Bronze rank, but he was not motivated at all to study. For him, he was already fine. He had free room and board. The alphas paid him their hard earned cash as their prostitute. None of them had the power to fully mate him. I wanted a lot more for those delinquents. They could achieve a lot. Anna would make it all happen.
Airports made money on people using it. Being a small, county airport, not many people flew in or out of there. With all the missions being generated, it brought in a lot of traffic. Planes would come in needing to be filled up on gas and customer numbers would inflate for people to check their bags for security. Many more planes took off and landed at the airport for the flight logs to be filed. They also needed air traffic controllers. It was grueling labor for the boys, but it was honest work. The manager did not like the idea at first. He could not complain about results and increased business on weekends though. The Tudis were there to make sure that every single mission was a success by the end. It also padded their records towards Platinum and Diamond ranks. Anna and Percy also joined them in sequence. It went Chet, Chad, Brad and Thad. Everyone else picked a different task to join in. There were 24 slots for 22 people. Everyone started on a normal Thursday because they cut school to sign all of them up. On their second weekend of 3 shifts per day, the original team got over 100.
Being that it was Sunday night, everyone wanted to leave. Manny, the guild manager smiled wide. "Great work out there today. Before you all leave, we wanted to let you know that some of you have passed a big milestone in your careers. Lester, Quinn, Jeff, Anna, Trish, Brad, Chet, Chad, Percy and Thad have all completed over 100 missions as of today." he said. The newest members were shocked. That was a milestone to be shocked by. They all were still in high school. Everyone gave the group a round of applause. "After running the numbers in the back, 6 of you have over a 75% success rate. Those members are Jeff, Anna, Trish, Chet, Percy and Thad." he announced. Anna knew it was coming up soon, but she had forgotten when it would happen. Another round of applause was given. They had each completed 101 guild missions with only 4 failures. That meant their success rate was a staggeringly high 96%. Each of them aside from Trish and Jeff were awarded Platinum rank. Looking at the ones without the rank, Anna simply said "Study and pass all of their tests already."
Clearly they were capable of getting Platinum rank too. It would be better for the group as well. More people at Platinum rank meant that there would be more people to recommend them to Diamond rank. 4 was enough as you only needed 3, but it would be much easier. Jeff and Trish asked if they could take the knowledge test. After an hour and a half, they passed it. Next week, they would take the practical exam for the helicopters. Anna was looking forward to that. Everyone was dismissed for the night. The next week of school flew by. The 12 delinquents stayed near Anna's group for their protection. That was more than fine with her. She liked being around them as it really did feel like a harem. Elliot missed school on Tuesday. He did not come back until Friday. His aunt was a radical omega rights activist. She helped him to get an abortion. He did not want the baby. Lester did not want to be a father. Quinn looked at Benson. "Get an abortion." he said. Benson just nodded. He really did not want a child either. On Saturday Jeff and Trish took their exams while everyone worked well.
