Jon and Karyn made their way into Pennys, found their way to the women's department, and then wandered over to the lingerie section. A couple fellow shoppers saw the two kids shopping for what appeared to be underwear for Karyn, and did not give them a second glance. However, that did nothing to alleviate Jon's private fear that at any moment someone would come out of the woodwork to shout, "OH MY GOD, that guy really is a CHICK!" He tried to convince himself that he was pretty well camouflaged, and that he had nothing to worry about, but here in the lion's den of undergarments that suited him all to well, he felt like his secret could be exposed at any time. As Jon was lost in his thoughts, he looked up to see that Karyn had accumulated what seemed to be about 100 pairs of women's panties.
He looked at her and said, "Hey what gives, I need exactly TWO things from here, not 200! I am hoping to be back in my comfortable boxers by the end of the day tomorrow."
Karyn looked at her pile and said, "Jon, we have no idea what Sarah really has in mind for you, and given that you are not going to get many chances to come out shopping for your panty collection, I figured that we would get you a couple extra things, just to be safe. Besides, the Bitch said that the things had to fit properly, so I grabbed a couple different sizes to be sure that we get a feel that works nicely for you."
Sadly, Jon saw the reasoning in her logic, and the two made their way over to the dressing room. As the rooms came into view, Jon and Karyn could see that one of their friends from school, Debbie, was manning the dressing rooms. The two got a worried look on their face, not knowing if she would be allowed to let them both in there together. Jon said, "I know, but she owes me a favor from a while back." Karyn looked over at Jon, and he just continued, "It never came up before, but I bailed her out from her final project in physics last semester. If I have to, I am calling that favor in right here and now."
As the two got even closer to Debbie, Jon could see that Karyn paused in looking at Debbie, and her eyes opened really wide. Jon was a bit freaked out as to Karyn's reaction to his on the fly plan, and tried to tell her that it would be just fine, but Karyn stopped him with a bone chilling sentence "“ "Jon, I just realized what my task is to get my reading ability back"
