Securing their place in the upper echelons of the guild was good. Not only could they all get the money for doing missions, they could now order lower ranked members around. Recruiting them for parties or simply using them for a transport asset was now possible. Also, guild membership meant that you would get free legal defense if you ever ran into trouble in the city they had a branch. If there was none, someone would be sent from the newest branch. While it was good, they would probably prefer to be defended by the Justice Guild. Anna and her group had decidedly less progress there. Chad wanted to fly. Now that they had completed that dream, it was time to focus on becoming elites in society. Anna was not able to help the other members of the guild as much as she would like. They were mostly offered solo missions in the guild. Defense attorney jobs7 m could have a party as a "legal counsel", but those were rare. Since you had to pass the bar before you could join, there was no artificial cap, like an added test, on their members keeping them from ranking up with merit.

Zipping through the jobs that she could, Anna was a Silver Justice. She finished 47 missions with 28 successes. She was a beta female. The opposition was usually an alpha male. Unless she had a no brainer case, she would lose to the alpha's charms and raw masculine energy winning over the jury. When she was up against another beta, she won every time. She had only been in 26 trials though. 20 of them were against alpha males. She won a total of 9 trials. Those wins were shared with her party that helped. Her party was different here than on the streets or even at the Aviation Guild. Due to the rampant discrimination faced here, she needed to keep all 5 of the omegas close to her. Both Jeff and Trish were betas. They would be fine. The alphas could thrive in the environment. With their stats and the fact their gender would not hold them back, they racked up wins. Anna's other 10 successes were through solo missions using her status as a notary or justice of the peace. Those were easy. Just like in the Aviation Guild, she dragged the group to do missions at the same time.

Yoking them up, they had all completed 47 guild missions. Trish and Jeff had a similar level of success with 27 and 30 successes respectively. They were also betas like her. All of them had to navigate these spaces. Alphas saw themselves as better than others. They preferred themselves when it came to arguments. Jeff was also male, so it was easier to blend in. Quinn and Lester were the alphas of the group. Quinn had succeeded at 43 of the 47 missions that he took. That was a 91% success rate. A long way away from platinum rank, but it was a great start. Lester was doing surprisingly well at 41 successes. He was more low class than most members of the guild. It did not stop him. In fact, it was a huge asset. He was still quick on his feet and very charismatic when he wanted to be. That was used to get the juries to understand and sympathize with his arguments and his clients. He had definitely earned his success rate of 87%. The omegas were doing worse. They each had only gotten around 20 successes. There was a serious bias against them here. They were bronze ranks.

Lester and Quinn were on track to become Gold Justices. Anna was very happy for them. Quinn had this ambition. Lester was also thriving in this environment. Even the omegas were being advanced slowly. That was a pretty nice thing. Slowly but surely, they were going to rise in society. When they got out of school, it was going to be great for them. Anna was probably going to need to see which one of his harem members she would marry. The state of affairs was looking up for them all. It was so nice in fact, that Brad wanted to leverage this into a success in his romantic relationship with Trish. He was a Gold Aviator. He was also a Bronze Justice. If he was not a male omega, he would be getting marriage offers left and right. Trish had warmed up to him quite well. He had gone to her home already and met her parents. Now it was time to make his intentions known. He wanted to marry Trish when they graduated from school. Anna wondered if they would go for it. When Anna saw them, it did not look like there was a hesitance to marry her. They honestly would make a good couple.
