When Brad was settled in as a psuedo-beta, it was time to move on. Chad was not only depressed about his dominant nature. He also felt his body would not allow him to pursue his dreams honestly. He wanted to be a pilot. It was not an impossible dream. Anna asked what the others wanted to do. Quinn wanted to be a politician to make a change in the world. In the short term, he would go to collage on a swimming scholarship at a good school and study law. Lester's family was not elite. He did not have many alpha in his family tree. He was fine with just swimming and maybe being a salaried office worker somewhere. It would put food on the table and allow him to find a decent omega mate to bounce on his knot. Chet and Thad wanted to take the tennis world by storm. They certainly had the stats for it. Brad had a dream too. He wanted to be a cop. "I wanted to help people and put bad guys behind bars." he said to the floor when Anna looked at him. "Well, you've been beating up a lot of thugs. It was deserved. Some even get arrested. Without heats, you can pass boot camp."
Xylophone playing was not something Anna was ever expecting to hear. Jeff had actually been taking classes from a very young age. This was not just a simple one you would find in an elementary school music room. He had a multi octave xylophone in his living room. His parents were upper middle class. He said he would like to go pro as an adult. Trish wanted to own a spa. One that did everything no less. Massages of every discipline, manicures, pedicures and skin treatments would be provided for a reasonable price. There was no reason why the group could not work on these things now. Anna had been getting bored lately. Beating up thugs at school was getting a bit boring. FOG was a videogame. There was no age restriction on any professions. If you were running the big 16+ NSFW version of the game, you really could do anything. It was developed in a country where 16 was the age of consent. Anna and her brother lived in a country where the legal age was 18. That did not stop him from getting around it to buy the spicy version. She did not know nor care how though.
It was not long before school let out for a break. Anna did not want to waste the time. It was not hard to use her stash of ill-gotten money to buy them some flight lessons to work at that. Helping Chad's dream was a priority. She also brought over some law books from the nearest law school library. In FOG, you could join guilds to teach you skills and get a start in the environment. The various branches and enclaves would shelter you. They would have a bunch of quests for you. Those quests would have decent rewards. Doing well would allow you to rank up. You could also leverage a specific guild's bonuses to give you a leg up in the broader Adventurer's Guild. It gave you multiple sources of revenue and exp. points towards levelling up. There was a split in what they wanted to study. Chet, Chad, Brad and Thad gravitated to civil rights law. They wanted to know their rights and help others. Quinn and Lester chose criminal law. That would them be defense attorneys or prosecutors. Percy and Trish took on property laws. They liked stuff. Jeff took on tax law. He was good at math.
