Victor came by a bit later and Anna offered to hang out with him. Looking all around him, Victor saw that the Tudis were missing. He asked where they were. Anna told them all about it. Victor laughed out loud. It was hilarious. Anna looked at him. "Can you make Percy a Psi? He's an omega prime. If Brad acts better, this could help him out." she asked. Victor looked at him before nodding. They got it all done.
