With 2 days left before the tie, the family went towards the venue. All of them had never been there before. It was an experience all of them could appreciate together. As a large family, they needed to stick together on the big stage. The world was watching. Anna was along for the ride with Molly and Zoe. The locals were much kinder to the omegas. They were all farmers and ranchers. Even the omega males had to pull their weight during harvests. They still wore their collars and listened to their alpha mates, but they were not shrinking violets if they had something they felt they needed to say. Bruce and the rest of the Idut family were super rich. They paid for front row seats. While it was free to those born in the region, others had to pay. If it was a matter of just money, no one could out spend Bruce and Jeffery. Joan Westender, Dion and Damon were also going to be there as well. They had made up with Kevin a while ago. Alphas in the family had to stick together after all. Dion did a lot of very heavy lifting to broker the peace. It was tough but Bruce wanted his family in line.

Kurt Idut was a couple of years older than the boys. He smirked at them after spending an afternoon. "You know, even if you win here, there's no chance you'll make it as pros." he said. Anna looked up to the sky for the strength not to knock him out. Reilly was probably going to be kept back in the king's harem. Reid, Ronan and Rhys were still fine though. Reid and Rhys played doubles. Both were married to beta females. Neither wife was the type to stop them from travelling for tournaments. Ronan played singles. Mitchel would love to win a ton of doubles titles by being carried by the omega. Playing singles would not be a problem. If he was mated by an alpha, it might be a problem if they did not want Ronan going out at all because of jealousy. Even then, Ronan was the national hero. Kurt said "If I had a mate, I'd keep them safe. No one should be able to crowd them and boo like those assholes did to you last time." That caused Anna to look at him. Protecting omegas was a nice sentiment to have. That was only if the protectors allowed them the choice to take it.

Without being given the choice to actually take risks or not, it was just being controlled by the alpha. That was not fun. She was not going to say anything to him. There is nothing good that could come from that. Kurt was an alpha. He did have a point as well. Anna knew that, even if they won, there was no way the national committee would select them next year. They would pick 8 alphas and tell the boys they were no longer needed. Most likely it would backfire and they would lose in round 1. It was a cultural pride thing for this alpha supremacist organization. If they did get kicked out the World Group because of that, the members of the committee would be thrown out on their heads. There was no need to get in an argument with him so close to the tie. It would be an asshole move to throw the boys off their game. The boys were no pussies. They told Kurt they would be the best in the world and nothing would stop them. Anna was proud of them. Having confidence was crucial. Kurt looked like he was going to argue. Anna decided to nip all that in the bud. "Go Team Idut!"
