Doing all of the fighting and killing had made him extremely powerful. He did not look happy about it. Oscar got up and began to walk away. Anna followed him. "What's wrong, Oscar!?" she asked him. Reid, Reilly, Ronan and Rhys proved that omegas could succeed, and even beat alphas, if given the spaces to work to the best of their ability. Camron and Ashton took a different approach. They would rather blend in than rock the boat. The twins both abandoned their identity as omegas entirely and posed as beta males in society. By misusing their heat suppressants and joining very masculine hobbies, they crafted the big, brash personas of normal beta males. Oscar wanted to be more traditional. They were valid.
Figuring out how someone wanted to live was a deep, personal decision. Just because Oscar's way of life was very unsatisfying to the Idut brothers, Camron, Ashton and also Anna, it did not make it invalid. Just like their ways were not any more or less invalid for not being the most popular choice. Anna was not going to hate Oscar for something like this. She smiled at him. "I see. And here I was thinking that you did not want to top me because I was ugly to you or something." she joked. His eyes went wide. "You're not ugly at all, Anna! You look great and we're friends. That's not the problem here. You're not an alpha. If you could actually get inside me, I'd even give you a chance if you were a beta male." he explained.
