Anna was someone that did not really like going to the doctor's office. She did not even have a primary care physician listed for her. Kevin raised a eyebrow at that. He did not say anything about it though. They had a bet in place. She given a popup notification when her babies were going to come. She was not aware that she had been carrying twins all that time. It was a countdown. Anna had been with everyone on the tennis courts of the park when she got it. It was a countdown. She had to get Reilly and tell him. It was then she realized that she was under a debuff. Her movement was halved. Her endurance was also half what it should be. They boys looked at her in concern. "What's wrong" Reilly asked. Anna looked right at him. "It's time to go to the hospital. The baby's coming." she gasped. Her legs were wobbling all of a sudden too. She sucked her teeth in disgust. Reilly took out his phone and called for an ambulance. They had to wait for it to come. Reilly was doing his best to comfort her. That meant cooing at her and holding her close. She was not an omega female.
When the ambulance arrived, she made it a point to get on it with her own 2 feet. Reilly got in with her. There was a hospital not too far away. Once she was checked in, a bed was given to her in the maternal ward. The doctors gave her a medicine that took away the debuff afflicting her. They also helped her deliver the baby. It was a small minigame, but it hurt quite a bit. Anna was able to get the first child out of her body. The second one was just as painful as the first. After that, they were cleaned and given to her. Both children were girls. They had blue-violent eyes and light brown hair like hers. Reilly had been by her side through all of it. After hugging them, she let her husband hold them. Reilly literally purred. He was totally within his instincts as an omega at the moment. The staff were shocked to see that the father was an omega male. Reilly was so clingy with his children they were not able to take them back from him. Anna rolled her eyes, but she was pleased with the outcome. Anna was the one that had to call Rhys to bring the others. She called Kevin over.
The Hospital
Once the others in the harem had arrived, they were happy for Reilly. Reilly was all too happy to tell his brothers the moment he knew the child was his. Having 2 kids now was the icing on the cake. Kevin and his husband's arrival was a bit different. He briefly looked at the children in his son's arms before walking up to her bed. "You certainly have him in a good mood. They better be his." he warned. A paternity test was taken. They were wealthy, so the results only took a day and a half to get back to them. It was confirmed that Reilly was the father. Anna did not let Kevin forget what he had said. "I'll cut you some slack. I want 5,000 lin each invested in a trust fund for the twins." she said with a smug demeanor. Kevin smirked at her. "Sure thing Anna. I have 2 alpha grandchildren right now. They'll probably get more than that from my father." he said. Anna blinked. "How do you know that!? It was just a paternity test." Kevin looked at her like she was very dumb. "It was never just going to be a simple paternity test. We had access to the blood. We ran the test for the genotype."
